Diagnostic Assessments

Assessing the psychological state and well being of the person in order to formulate a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.


The CALOCUS instrument is a method of quantifying the clinical severity and service needs of three quite different populations of children and adolescents. It may be used in children with psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disorders, and has the ability to integrate these as overlapping clinical issues.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to  create understanding, enhance awareness, and improve the quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.   

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts.


Couple  Therapy

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist  assist two people involved in a relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.


Group Therapy

Group  Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Issues and topics are usually grouped by  common factors and similarities.
